Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Articles are accepted for store credit or exchange in the U.S. only if returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Store credits may be used towards purchases on Ladinardo.com. All orders are made-to-order. If your order is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit.

Exclusions

Final sale items include: personalized pieces, bridal, non-jewelry accessories or items otherwise marked on the product page. Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE. Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.

Eligibility/Guidelines

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 5 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines. Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Shipping

To protect our jewelry, merchandise, and your return package, we will issue you an insured prepaid return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Once the label is generated, you have 7 days to have your package scanned at a local FedEx location. Our insured FedEx shipping label must be used and the item must be sent back within 7 days of initiating your exchange. We kindly request that your exchange be sent back to us secured in the original packaging it arrived in. Please do not use any large or oversized boxes as this will increase the shipping costs. Should Ladinardò incur additional fees due to large packaging, this may be collected from the customer.

Approval

Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only. All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on Ladinardo.com only. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Ladinardò box and pouch. Ladinardo, LLC reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Gift Exchanges

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included in your package.

1.Complete our on-line return/exchange form by clicking the link above. 2.You will be prompted to enter your order number and email address to initiate your return/exchange. 3.Follow the steps to confirm whether you would like to receive store credit or an exchange for a different product. 4.You will receive an email with a link to print your FedEx label 5.All returns must be scanned at a FedEx location within 7 days of receiving your label 6.Bring packaged return to a FedEx location as your package must be scanned and save your drop-off receipt (we do not accept returns via a FedEx drop box) 7.Once received, our team will inspect your return within 5 business days and if approved, your store credit for the returned item will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days to see the email confirmation of your processed return), send out your new product, or put your item into production.
