For a period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase, Ladinardò will, in its sole discretion, repair or replace any component found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect free of charge under this Ladinardò Limited Warranty. Ladinardò shall not be liable, by virtue of this Limited Warranty or otherwise, for any loss or damages arising out of the use or inability to use your Ladinardò purchase, or for any incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to your Ladinardò purchase.

Your Ladinardò Limited Warranty does not cover, notably:

• defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident,

• defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing to the case, etc.), alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs, as well as services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than a Ladinardò Boutique, or caused by the use of components and/or accessories other than those recommended by Ladinardò;

• Jewelry where the serial number originally engraved on the Jewelry is removed or not clearly legible, or any original number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced;

• routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and tear and aging of jewelry.
